Duke
This is Duke, an elderly gentleman who was asked to have his photo taken with Mary Lou; In the span of 15 minutes we heard this man's life story, his medical history, his genealogy, his political views, and Mary Lou felt somewhat uncomfortable as this man sized her up for possible mating. Without prompting, he called our sitting President a Communist, a Muslim, and the N-word. At that, I suggested that perhaps his lunch was getting cold and attempted to regain control of the situation by starting the car and rolling away as he continued to speak.

we were merely dreaming of what it would be like to live in a half-milion dollar house (at the top of the bubble); this one was recently marked down to $305,000; located in Kure Beach, NC; just a few short blocks to the ocean; you wouldn't believe the number of For Sale signs all up and down the coast.
